Walsh Whiskey Distillery team celebrate after being awarded their certificates in HACCP this week.

This forms part of their requirement to the FEMAS assurance scheme. As well as being a world class distillery, they are focused on creating not only the highest quality liquid but also the highest quality of feed material too.

Here receiving their certificates are;
